One audit and reporting process for every account manager
SEO Sentinel gives an agency a shared workspace where every client site is audited the same way, monitored on a schedule and reported with the same white-label structure, whoever runs the account.
Built for how agencies actually work
Consistent deliverables
The same severities, root-cause grouping and report sections for every client, so a junior’s report looks like a senior’s and a handover doesn’t restart the process.
Regressions caught between check-ins
Scheduled audits per client with automatic comparisons. The Monitoring page shows every monitored site, its next run and latest changes in one list.
Access that matches responsibility
Owner, Admin and Viewer roles, enforced on the server for every request, not just hidden in the interface. Nobody can change their own role.
Reports clients can trust
Every number in a report traces back to stored audit evidence. Synthetic demo data can never reach a client deliverable.
A GEO service without guesswork
Offer AI-search readiness reviews and recorded AI visibility observations, presented with their limits rather than as a black-box score.
Data you control
Full workspace export as JSON, configurable retention, and an archive/delete lifecycle with a waiting period before anything is removed.
Workspaces and roles
Each workspace is one agency, with its own client projects, audit history, monitoring schedules, AI visibility data, branding and reports. Nothing is shared between workspaces.

Agency questions
Can one account belong to several agencies?
Yes. A person can be a member of several workspaces and switch between them. Each workspace is isolated: a project, audit or report from another workspace behaves as if it doesn’t exist.
How do invitations work?
An owner or admin creates an invitation link with a role, an optional “only for this email” restriction and an expiry of 1, 3 or 7 days. Links work once and can be revoked. There is no email service yet, so you send the link yourself.
Can clients log in to see their own data?
Not as a separate client portal. You can invite someone as a Viewer, but a Viewer sees the whole workspace. For clients, send the white-label PDF or HTML report instead.
How many client sites can an agency manage?
The proposed plans range from 3 to 200 website projects per workspace, with matching limits on scheduled audits, crawled URLs per month and team members. These limits are proposals and may change before launch. See pricing & availability.
Walk through a fictional agency’s workspace
The demo is set up as “Brightpath Digital (Demo)” with three fictional client sites: projects, audits, monitoring, AI visibility and reports.
